Brief
The LED rig was built in an unconventional resolution and aspect ratio, with physical gaps between the panels, and we had just 48 hours on-site before showtime — no time to re-render content after seeing it on the real screens.
Approach
I built a dedicated tool to simulate the event space and LED wall layout, ensuring that complex motion content was perfectly mapped to the screen's unique resolution. This streamlined the technical delivery of partitioned video files and allowed the client to pre-visualize the final experience in a 3D environment, significantly reducing onsite adjustments and improving the creative feedback loop.
